Click and Collect

Free Service:

Click and Collect is free for all orders.

Processing Time:

Orders will typically be ready for pick-up within 2 days. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Collection Time Frame:

You will have 14 days to collect your order once it's ready. During this period, you will receive 2 email reminders. If your order it is not collected after 14 days, it will be cancelled and your payment refunded.

Collection Requirements:

Please bring some photo ID and your confirmation email when picking up your order. If someone else will collect the order on your behalf, please contact us in advance with their details.

Important Notes:

  • In-Store Fitting:

When collecting your order, you are welcome to try on the clothes to ensure you picked the right size. Any changes to your order will be handled as an exchange. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

  • Stock Availability:

Due to the fast turnover of our stock, there is no guarantee that a suitable size, colour or design will be available for exchange.

  • Need to Change Plans?

If circumstances change and you cannot pick up your order, please contact us to arrange for postal delivery.

Delivery Area:

We only deliver within Australia, using Australia Post.

    * "Order Value" means the total cost of the items in your cart. It DOES NOT include the shipping cost.

    * If you want a signature on delivery, add $2.95. Deliveries over $500 will have this added free of charge.

    Processing Time:

    Your order will be processed within 3 days, with most parcels dispatched on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. For the quickest turnaround, please place your orders before 4pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays.

    Shipment Tracking:

    Once your order dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details to monitor your shipment's journey and arrival. We actively track your package to ensure successful delivery every time.

    Delivery Time Frame:

    Delivery times vary depending on the destination and external circumstances beyond our control. Below are general delivery estimates:

    • Express Post: 1-5 business days
    • Standard Post: 2-18 business days

    Important Notes:

    • Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout and ensure it includes all pertinent information accurately (e.g. house number, suite number, or apartment number).

    If you notice an error after submitting your order, contact us immediately so we can correct it and ensure your order is delivered promptly.

    • External Circumstances:

    We and Australia Post are not responsible for conditions outside our control, such as hazardous weather or service disruptions. Please account for potential delays when placing your order.

    • Delayed or Lost Packages:

    While delays or lost packages can happen, we are committed to helping resolves an issues. If you have concerns about your shipment, please contact us and we will assist you.
