Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 3 months.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years and can be any amount you would like.

Please be advised: Gift Vouchers are only available to buy and use in our Coolangatta store, as they do not have a digital code to use in the online store.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are valid for 3 years and only come in $50 cards.

Please be advised: Gift Cards are only available to buy and use in our online store, as the Coolangatta shop doesn't currently have a way to process the digital card.

Lay-Bys

Lay-bys must be completed and paid off in 1 month.

Please be advised: We only offer the lay-by service in our Coolangatta store. Not all stock is eligible for lay-by.

As an alternative to lay-by, there are other various payment systems that exist. They allow you to shop now, enjoy your new item/s now and you pay them back over 4 payments, with no interest. Some examples of these are Afterpay and Paypal.

Adding items to your cart:

1. Browse the website until you find an item you would like to buy

2. Select the size, colour and quantity of the item you want

3. Click “Add to Cart” to add the item/s to your cart. A pop up box will  inform you when it has been added. To close the box, either click on the page away from the box, click on the X on the top right of the box or click "Continue Shopping".

4. When you are done shopping, click on the icon on the top right of the screen, which will take you to your cart to review and to add notes to your order. Alternatively, you can click on "View my cart" in the popup box, when have you added your last item to your order.

5. On your cart page, clicking the plus sign will increase the quantity amount you're requesting for that order.

* If you change your mind during checkout and wish to add an item to your order, you need to return to your cart to do so. To return to your cart you will need to click the arrows pointing left at the bottom, of the checkout page.

Removing items from your cart:

On your cart page:

* Clicking on theicon will completely remove that item from your cart, regardless of the quantity selected.

* Clicking the minus sign will decrease the quantity amount you're requesting for that order. If you press the minus until the quantity amount reaches zero, the item will be removed completely.

* If you change your mind during checkout and wish to delete an item from your order, you need to return to your cart to do so. To return to your cart you will need to click the arrows pointing left, at the bottom of the checkout page.

Express Checkout:

Express checkout makes checking out faster and easier, as it automatically completes your details. For express checkout, you can log into ShopPay, PayPal or GPay from your cart and first checkout pages. Alternatively, if you have an account with us, you can login at any time while browsing the website, or on the first checkout page.

Guest Checkout:

Anyone in Australia can place an order with us - you don't need to have an account. An account will just make things easier and faster for you during the checkout process, and we can send you deals and special offers.

1. Once you are done shopping, have reviewed the order and are ready to place the order, click “Checkout” on the bottom of your cart to checkout securely. Alternatively, you can click on "Checkout" in the popup box, when have you added your last item to your order.

2. Manually enter your details, if you have not opted for an express checkout method.

Be advised: We are not liable for an incorrect shipping address. So, please ensure that the shipping address is correct and contains all pertinent information.

3. Enter any promotion, discount or gift card code under your order summary, before the subtotal. Click "Apply" or the icon for the code to to be applied to your order.

Note: Those using smaller screens will have to click on "Show Order Summary" at the top of the checkout pages, in order to see their order summary and the place to enter the discount code. Otherwise, it will also appear on the "Payment" page for them.

Be advised: Only one code can be entered, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The code must be entered exactly as advertised, and is only valid for the specified time.

4. Next, click “Continue to Shipping”. Select whether you want the item/s shipped via standard or express post, and the cost will be automatically added to the final payment amount.

5. Click “Continue to Payment” to enter your credit card or Paypal details, your billing address and whether you want your details saved for future purchases or not.

6. Click “Pay Now” to finalise your order and your payment will be processed. Soon after, you will receive an order confirmation to your email or phone.

Be advised: Once the order and payment is finalised, it cannot be changed, amended or cancelled. So, please be sure that you are ordering everything you want and correctly when you click "Pay Now".

It is unfortunate. If some or all of your order is cancelled, it is because we are out of stock of that item/s that you have requested. We do try to ensure that only currently available stock is displayed online. However, due to the high turnover and popularity of our stock, the item/s may have already been sold by the time our team fills your order. Other uncommon reasons are that our team have found the item/s damaged or missing from our stock.

If our team discovers that an item/s is unavailable, a refund will automatically be issued for those item/s. If all of the order is cancelled, postage cost will be refunded, as well. If the order was initially over $150 and some of the order was cancelled, you will not be charged for the postage cost.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you and we appreciate your business. Our stock is constantly being replenished, with old favourites and new styles, designs and colours. So, be sure to frequently visit our Facebook page, and our online and Coolangatta stores for something new to fall in love with.

Heavens no! Our most popular stock is in the online store, but our Facebook page will give you a better idea of all the different styles, designs and colours in our Coolangatta store. There are so many beautiful clothes, purses, shoes, hats and jewellery in our store, with new stock being added every couple of days. So be sure to visit our store regularly for something new to fall in love with.

Returns via our Coolangatta Store:

We accept the original register receipt, or a print out of the online order receipt.

Returns by Post:

We need a photo of the original register receipt or your online order number sent to us at returns@booboos.com.au

Please note: Before posting a return, it is better to first contact us at returns@booboos.com.au and to follow the instructions in our returns policy. This will allow us to quickly determine if a return is even warranted and save you hassle, time and money. All refunds, exchanges, replacements or repairs are completed when we receive the item/s back.

Remember: All returns must be returned in the same condition as you received them.

Creating an account or logging into an existing account:

To login to your account, click on the icon. It will either be on the top right corner of the screen or in the drop-down menu ( ) on the top left of the screen.

This will take you to the login screen. From there you can create an account or log into an existing account.

There is also the option to log into your account from the checkout page. Being logged in when checking out allows for faster checkout, as the details from your account are entered automatically, saving you time and hassle. Additionally, it allows you to save the order to your account, save/update your shipping/billing address, and to save/update your credit card details.

Seeing what you have previously ordered:

Once you have logged into your account, you will be taken to your account details page. On this page, you can see all your previous orders.

Changing your details:

Once you have logged into your account, you will be taken to your account details page. On this page, click on "View Addresses". On the next page, find the details you want to change and click "Edit". Edit any details you want to change (name, company, address, and phone number) and click the box, if you wish to make this address your default address. Then click "Update Address" to update your details, or "Cancel", if you've changed your mind.

How to log out:

Click on "LOG OUT", on the left side of your account details page.
